West Slopes South - South of I-90 to Columbia River

Weather: Obscured skies with light SW winds, no blowing snow, and S1 precipitation.

Snowpack: In both areas, we observed repeatable Q3 results at the interface of the new storm snow over the 01/05 rain crust down on average of 11cm.

Area Description: We dug several test pits in two separate areas. One area was a SW facing, near tree line and 22 degree slope at 5600 ft. The other area was a NE facing, near tree line and 22 degree slope at 5700 ft.
