Recreational Observation

Followed the summer trail to Ingalls Pass then toured around briefly in the basin below

March 28, 2015, 1:46 p.m. PST

Weather: Partly sunny to overcast, flurries most of the day, temps hovering around 32-34. Gusty wind; direction depended on terrain

Snowpack: Strong winds Fri night/Sat AM deposited layer on top of the recent rain crust with soft layer immediately below. Wind slab was not yet well bonded. Observed lots of obviously cross-loaded gullies above the summer trail south of the pass.

Area Description: Slopes generally north of Ingalls Pass, Teanaway area
