N facing Bowls, Moonlight, Stormies.

Feb. 28, 2017, 6 p.m. PST

Weather: Cool temps, light to mod. West winds, light snow. Clearing skies.

Snowpack: About 60cm of cold snow over the last crust. Saw very little windslab development in the immediate area at ridgetop. Ski conditions were excellent on all aspects and elevations encountered.

Area Description: Skyline

Avalanches: Small D1 dry-loose on steep (40 degree rolls), Saw a D2 debris pile on South face of Lictenberg on the drive home.
