straight up avalanche route, descended further west rejoining ascent route below cliff band on return

Weather: lightly overcast

Snowpack: mostly consolidated, ~2" powder on top at higher elevations. In pit snowpack fractured about 2' down with moderate stress

Area Description: Phantom Slide from Alpenthal parking lot to ridge line west of Snoqualmie peak

Avalanches: none noted, very light sloughing on slopes >40 degrees
