Good skiing and no signs of instability during this BTL tour on up to 35 deg slopes. Minor wind effects but not enough for wind slab on the forested ridge at 5200'. Pit at 13:45 on NW aspect at 4520' mainly had 94 cm of increasing density with depth snow lacking slab layers above the Solstice crust. CTN on Solstice crust. Views not extensive but did not see signs of recent activity. Wet near surface layer from bump in snow levels Thursday night rapidly faded away with elevation above about 4000 feet.
