Gained Kendall Knob, skied below kendall peak and lapped the kendall slide path area towards commonwealth.

Dec. 18, 2016, 3 p.m. PST

Weather: High clouds temps in mid 20's

Snowpack: found a mixture of snow surfaces, depending on aspect and elevation. Found sun crust on S aspects between 3500-5000, and some tree bombs on solar aspects with trees. Found best skiing in open trees on W-E aspects with N aspects having some windloading near ridgetops. Snowpack was right side up and has compacted, PWL was un reactive in tests.
