Recreational Observation

Skinned up fronside of resort and did several laps on the backside.

Weather: s 1 to s-1 most of the day. Winds from the West incresed as the day went on to about 20 mph (approx)

Snowpack: Rightside up, between 60-100cm deep in drifts. Windslabs wwere rapidly forming around 2 pm and on. Ski quality from 5500' to around 4700' is excellent.

Area Description: Stevens Pass Backside in non-controled inbounds terrain that is closed to lift traffic. 5500' to 4000', E-SE.

Avalanches: no.
