Weather: Overcast early breaking at times to partly cloudy in the afternoon.

Snowpack: Storm snow and wind slabs on crust with areas of deep wind drifted snow near ridge lines, lee side of trees and cross loaded terrain features. Found the crust to be moist and breakable below tree line on a N.W. aspect early in the day and a S.E. aspect in the afternoon.

Area Description: Bagley Lakes Cirque, below treeline and near treeline elevations, on N.W. -E.-S. aspects, in very steep to moderate terrain.

Avalanches: Skier triggered storm snow released small loose dry avalanches on crust in very steep N.W. near treeline slopes while moderate slopes remained stable. Skier triggered small wind slabs near treeline in specific areas such as lee side of ridges, trees and cross loaded chutes and gullies.
