Weather: blue skies and cold

Snowpack: storm snow from day before

Area Description: Stevens pass backcountry - South aspect of Big Chief Mtn

Avalanches: looked like wind loading caused some natural slides on two major convexities in powder bowl. did not propogate. No avalanche activity on the aspect we skied - lower angle ridge.
