Area Description: Cement basin

Avalanches: After skiing 2/3rds of the slope (after the steep section, around 6400K ) the first skier triggered a slab avalanche and was carried. The second skier triggered a second avalanche that joined the first crown. There were no obvious terrain triggers (rocks/rollovers etc). The crown was about 1 meter deep, 70-100meters wide.
