SE aspect cutthroat region .

Weather: Sunny , calm, 30 shade 75 ish sun.

Snowpack: Dripping tree rings to wet and dry new snow seams. crust , wet over cold for 12 plus " ....!! Wide spread hoar frost from last night , .5 to 1 cm.

Area Description: Early Winters to Cutthroat chutes

Avalanches: 2-3'crown on n.w. wind loaded slope approx. 40 deg. 6500' . West edge hwy 20 , E. aspect , cutthroat rd. to cutthroat chutes , 20" crown releases entire length of road cut and depositing on to hwy. Activity was recent but not from today.
