East Slopes North - Canadian Border to Lake Chelan

Jan. 21, 2016, 3 p.m. PST

Snowpack: Previous night's snow sliding easily off of ANYTHING steep enough, ANYWHERE. From a 5' bump in the woods to 200' wide releases in bigger start zones. Some had naturaled, others with traversing just above breakovers. Snow "in track" entrained with start zone snow. Some big powder clouds. NE to NW aspects from 3200' to 6200' all the same. (Entered 15:00 for time, actually all day long)
