Weather: Cold, sunny

Snowpack: 45cm of new snow over existing surface hoar layer that has been observed everywhere.

Area Description: Along a ridge adjacent to the PCT. North facing area that remains shaded. Slope ranges from flat up to 40 degrees along the ridge

Avalanches: Skier triggered while touring, fractured above and carried skier through trees. Propagated along a bowl.
