Via Narada Falls, Lane-Denham Saddle, North Face of Lane Peak (Zipper), West Ridge of Denman, North Face of Plummer.

Dec. 30, 2015, noon PST

Weather: Sunny, high upper teens, low 20's, light winds.

Snowpack: Very consistent snowpack down to 1.2 meters (no layers evident except for 8-10cm of low density on surface). Wind slab was not found. Small loose dry releases were still occurring on steeper slopes. Solar aspects had lot's of small/med point releases. Top 8-10cm of low density on solar aspects was showing signs of warming. Strong surface hoar (20mm) on all aspects including in sun.

Area Description: MRNP Tatoosh; Lane Peak, Denman Peak, Plummer Peak

Avalanches: Small loose dry releases occurring on steeper slopes. Solar aspects had lot's of small/med point releases yesterday (12/29) and today (12/31). Set off two loose dry R1D1 while skiing north facing slopes at angles of 45-55 degrees.
