Skied N. facing trees and bowls from 5,200-4,000'
March 3, 2018, 5 p.m. PST
Snowpack: N facing slopes were rightside up to the early February crust, which is down over a meter at this point in the Stevens Pass area. Lower elevations and solar aspects began to warm up and refreeze in the afternoon. Surface Hoar and near surface facets were widespread on N facing slopes. Ski quality was good in the shade.
Area Description: Yodelin.
