West Slopes North - Canadian Border to Skagit River

Weather: Warm

Snowpack: 2-3ft of new snow on the old crust.

Area Description: Slope bove Mt Baker Highway

Avalanches: Large avalanche (controlled I think, should contact Mt Baker for more info here if interested), crown 1-2ft, about 800ft wide above the road or so all ripped out and slid across the road mid-afternoon.
