Weather: Clear with a west wind

Snowpack: Shallow pack on top of boilerplate with facets above that and 3 layers of more cohesive snow and 2 crust layers variable depths from elbow to shoulder deep. Data gathered on approach above Zig Zag glacier heading towards the South Chamber and traverse over to the West Chamber entrance on Illumination Rock. Data from multiple one hand hasty pits.
